JobCalendar - Shift Planner ("the App") is developed by Swift Solutions. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.

Google AdMob

The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Google may collect and use data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. This may include:

• Device identifiers (advertising ID)
• IP address
• General location (country/region level)
• App usage data related to ad interactions

Google Play Billing

The App offers a one-time in-app purchase to remove advertisements. This transaction is processed entirely by Google Play. We do not receive, store, or have access to any payment or financial information.

3. Data Storage

All App data is stored locally on your device using:

• Room Database — for shift patterns and calendar overrides
• DataStore Preferences — for app settings and preferences

This data remains on your device and is removed when you uninstall the App or clear its data through your device settings.

4. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App is intended for working adults who need to manage shift schedules.

5. Permissions

The App may request the following permissions:

• Notifications — to send shift reminders you configure
• Internet — required for displaying ads and processing in-app purchases

6. Data Security

Since all personal data remains on your device, your data security depends on your device's own security measures. We recommend using a screen lock and keeping your device software up to date.

7. Your Choices

• You can remove ads permanently through a one-time in-app purchase, which also stops ad-related data collection by AdMob.
• You can opt out of personalized ads through your device's advertising settings.
• You can delete all App data at any time by clearing the App's data or uninstalling it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
